I’m Haley Blavka, a commercial photographer who brings life, energy and personality to imagery for culturally fluent fashion, beauty and fragrance brands.
As a technically trained artist with a decade under my belt, I’m motivated by the essence of self liberation, in rule breaking, in going-against-the-grain, in being vulnerable, childlike, fantastical, imperfect and yet confident enough to gracefully take up space to be all of that at once – I bring a sense of layered curation to every single shoot.
To me, there is nothing more powerful, important or beautiful than:
Capturing and inspiring a feeling of liberation, of what standing in your honest power looks like in an image.
Born and raised in Seattle Washington, I’ve been based in Los Angeles since 2019, replenishing a lifelong deficit of vitamin D and taking up skateboarding when I’m not in my favorite place in the world – on set (Capricorn stellium, Leo moon).
Creating magnetic and iconic imagery for brands that embrace a sense of zany playfulness within our world of professional dress-up is my specialty.
